As far as “money out of pocket” for labor expenses goes, YES it is FREE!  But there are a few limitations and “hoops” to jump through. Just Follow Us on Facebook and Twitter and refer us to a friend to enter (See instructions below).

Until further notice, we will be offering a FREE Computer Repair to “one” person a week. If at all possible, we would prefer that if you can afford the full-price of a repair, to just take advantage of the “Like Us on Facebook” $20 Off special.

It would be nice if we could help a few that really need their computer repaired, but might not be able to afford it. Anyway, we aren’t checking your wallet, so everybody is eligible to try. The winner will be selected randomly each week on Monday.

Chances of Winning

Although there will only be One Lucky Winner Each Week, we live on an island and we only get a percentage of the computer repair market share for Oahu.

You can also re-enter every week, so I would say your chances are better than you think, so give it a try. Our Advanced Repair normally costs $129.99.

Jumping Through a Few Hoops

We have some “hoops” for you to jump through to be eligible for the FREE Computer Repair, and you must follow them “exactly” as directed below. If you are already into Social Media, this will be very easy to do and should only take a few minutes .

1. Submit your Name, Phone, Email, Facebook and Twitter names into the “FREE Computer Repair Entry” webform at the top of the right sidebar.
2. Sign-in to Facebook and click the “Like” buttons for both “GakidoosComputerRepair” and ”SpywarePreventionGuy” in the right sidebar or at the following links: http://www.facebook.com/gakidoo, http://spywarepreventionguy.com/facebook
3. Sign-in to Twitter and click “Follow” in the right sidebar or at the following link: http://gakidooscomputerrepair.com/twitter
4. Check your Email for a Welcome Message with your final hoop. You will just be “forwarding” your Welcome Message to info@gakidoo.com as well as “one” other person on Oahu that you think may benefit from this offer.

Note: You must be signed-in to Facebook and Twitter to Follow Us. If you are not already registered, you must register to complete the steps above. Also, all steps above must be done with “your own” Facebook, Twitter and Email accounts to qualify. Sorry, but we won’t be able to assist you with signing up for these accounts, so please don’t ask.

Note: As long as you continue to Follow Us on Facebook and Twitter, you only need to forward your Welcome Email to a different person on Oahu (and us) each week to stay in the game, so I suggest you save your Welcome Email.

The Small Print Stuff

1. We reserve the right to stop or modify this offer at any time.
2. The Free Repair is for In-shop “Labor” only. You must carry-in your computer to our Waipahu location. Any required repair parts will incur normal charges. You will receive the same quality repair as if you were paying for the service.
3. The Free Repair is for our Basic & Advanced Repair and Limited Data Recovery Services only, NOT for repairs we call specialty repairs such as Laptop DC Jack Replacement, Laptop Motherboard Replacement, Dual-Boot Systems, systems beyond economical repair, and situations where someone might expect us to make one good computer out of multiple bad computers.
4. The spirit of the Free Repair is for typical problems such as non-bootable systems, slow computers, internet problems, virus and spyware removal, Windows Operating System installation, etc. We do not repair peripherals such as Desktop Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, etc. We reserve the right to determine if “your” repair falls within our guidelines for a FREE Repair.
5. The Free Repair only covers “one” service. For example, repairing your computer is “one” service, while recovering your data is a “2nd”  service.
6. You can enter every week, but may only get “one” Free Repair a year. As long as you continue to Like and Follow Us on Facebook and Twitter, you only need to “Forward” your Welcome Message to a different person on Oahu (and us) each week to re-enter. Cut-off time for entries is Sun at midnight. Entries received after Sun @ midnight will be entered for the following week.  Winner will be chosen randomly.
7. You must bring-in your computer for repair within 30 days of winning notification.
8. Turn-around time for “most” repairs is 3 – 4 business days.
9. There is no cash value for the FREE Computer Repair, and it is non-transferable.
10. By opting-in for a chance to win a FREE Computer Repair, you agree to periodically receive relevant computer information and promotions via email from Gakidoo’s Computer Repair. We promise we will never sell, rent, or share your private contact information
11. All “hoops” must be verified before FREE Computer Repair is awarded. The winner will be contacted via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Phone.
